Bloomberg does not see anything wrong with trying to purchase the presidency for a billion dollars. When asked about whether this is fair, he has become annoyed, as if it is a stupid question.

I don’t think Michael Bloomberg, who is neither Democrat nor Republican, is a serious about being POTUS. I think his stated goal, as he has said publicly numerous times, is to prevent Donald Trump from wining a second term.
Unfortunately, I think we live in a country so polarized, so tribal, that unless one runs as a Democrat or Republican, one has very little chance of winning nomination for any election – local, state or national.
I live in New Jersey a state so blue, so Democrat Party leaning, that Libertarian and Green Party voters might as well stay home.
